Deem Celebrates Growth with Appointment of New SVP Products, CIO and Executive Promotion

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, June 6, 2018 - Deem, a leading mobile and cloud technology provider for the business travel industry, announced today the appointment of Neil Markey as Senior Vice President, Products and Chief Information Officer and Todd Kaiser as Senior Vice President, Business Development and Strategy.

Neil Markey is replacing Chethan Visweswar, former Senior Vice President of Software, as Senior Vice President, Products and Chief Information Officer for Deem. Markey is a technology leader with experience in fast paced, high growth software and e-commerce companies. His previous roles include Chief Information Officer at Stella and Dot, a social selling platform. He also held Chief Technology Officer roles at Kazaana, a social platform for children and PlayFirst, a gaming company, and a series of engineering leadership roles with Hewlett Packard focused almost entirely on at-scale e-commerce platforms.

Visweswar will continue to consult on engineering and technology projects with Deem for the remainder of 2018. 

Todd Kaiser has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Business Development and Strategy. Kaiser’s extensive technology and travel industry experience give him a unique perspective on strategic partnerships and innovations. He leads the Fource Alliance program, an ecosystem that allows strategic solution providers to integrate with the Deem technology. Recent additions to the Fource Alliance program include Infor and ChromeRiver, with additional partnerships being announced in upcoming weeks.
